StrongHer Community Meet-Up – Terms & Conditions

By registering for a free ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Registration

This is a free event, but a ticket is required to attend.

Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be transferred without prior approval.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

3. Event Details

The Community Meet-Up will take place after the StrongHer Walk Club on Sunday 28th June from 12:00pm–2:00pm at Poolhouse, Southsea.

Attendees are welcome to join the meet-up even if they are unable to attend the walk beforehand, provided they have a valid ticket.

4. Food & Drink

Complimentary matcha will be provided.

While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Attendees are responsible for checking ingredients and making their own decisions regarding food consumption.

5. Health & Safety

Attendees participate in the walk and meet-up at their own risk.

Please inform the organiser of any relevant health concerns that may affect your participation.

StrongHer and event partners cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or personal belongings during the event.

6. Photography & Social Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for social media and marketing purposes.

If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let the organiser know on arrival and we will respect your wishes.

7. Respectful Behaviour

StrongHer is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive may result in removal from the event.

8. Changes to the Event

StrongHer reserves the right to make changes to the event details, venue, timings, or content if necessary.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
